(1)Block ice machine structure: mainframe, water tank and cooling. We will prepare the three in unit,you just need to connect the power and water pipes for the three parts.Pls see the picture in the attachment.

(5)Application: the block ice is use to reduce temperature, especially in Africa country the power is not stable,when the power is off ,people is the block ice cooling the drinking and beverage,some people the block ice to keep fish fresh or crushed the ice into small pieces to fresh vegetable and fruit.
Brine tank of block ice machine
1.Material: we use A3 steel（Q235steel）
2.Design: the steel thickness of internal surface is 6mm in order to resist the corrosion from salt water. Because the corrosion from outside is relatively small, the steel thickness of external surface is 3mm. In the middle, it is filled with polyurethane foam which has the function of heat preservation and its effect reaches 80mm.
3.There are three processes of anticorrosion for material:
First process, cleaning the steel surface out of greasy dirt, dust and impurity;
Second process, using acid to passivate the internal surface of brine tank. At the same time, it cleans the steel surface in a second time (the above two processes make preparation for the third one).
Third process, spraying anti-corrosive paint. Based on the above two processes, anti-corrosive paint will adhere to steel surface in a better way. And we spray anti-corrosive paint twice so that anti-corrosive paint is difficult to fall off. So it can ant-corrosion in a long time and lengthen steel’s working life time.
4.Compared with the stainless steel, advantages of the steel which we treat after three anti-corrosive processes.
a.Price. With the same weight, the price of stainless steel is approximately 6 times of A3 steel. So with the same amount of money, buying power of 6mm A3 steel is same as 1.2mm stainless steel.
b.Welding Craft. The welding craft for A3 steel is electric welding. The structure force of electric welding point is much larger than the structure force of steel. When the brine tank is filled up with brine, there has no crack between welding points. Furthermore, the working life of steel which be treated in a special way is longer than 15 years.
While the welding craft for stainless steel is argon arc welding and the structure force of argon arc welding point is much less than the structure force of stainless steel. So when the brine tank is filled up with brine, there may exists cracks between welding points which led to brine leaking and speed up the welding points’ corrosion pace. And the small cracks cannot be found immediately and it must affect the product’s working life in a long term.
In addition, the welding strength of argon arc welding is not strong enough so that it cannot adapt to temperature change from brine. When brine’s temperature changes a lot in a short time, stainless steel will shrink or expand. Under such structure force changes, the welding point on stainless steel will gradually crack which led the whole brine tank losing working function.
Block Ice Maker Machines
Material: we use 304 stainless steel or galvanized steel to produce ice cans for block ice machines.
ice weight bellows 25kg, we use 1.0mm 304 stainless steel;
ice weight between 25kg~30kg, we use 1.2mm 304 stainless steel;
ice weight above 30kg, we use 1.5mm 304 stainless steel or 2.0mm galvanized steel(upon the correct using method, the working life of galvanized steel is 5~6 years. If apply stainless steel, its price is more than 4 times of galvanized steel.)
Groove Design: the groove design in two sides aims to enhance the anti-deform ability for ice molds.
Welding Craft: the vertical welding line is formed by automatic welding machine in one time. With this welding craft, there is no insufficient solder, no skip solder. Every ice of icesource has no weld beading and no broken welding. It ensures enough strength to resist the expansibility produced during ice forming process.
This kind of ice cans are only used for brine refrigeration block ice machine.
When the water in ice mold freezes, its volume becomes larger so that it produces a relatively heavy expansibility. The anti-deform ability of normal ice mold which produced by other manufacturers is weak. The surface is easy to deform which led difficulty to put out off ice. Or even the welding surface may crack. With choosing thick material, special design and applying modern welding craft, the ice mold which our company produced has high quality and long working life.
